Most hotels are the same old thing. Welcome, how are you... The staff at RC Key Biscayne gives you that welcome feeling. From the time I got out of the taxi, and into the hotel front lobby to my room, you felt welcomed. The customer service was outstanding. I had several boxes being delivered there for a meeting and went to see if the packages had come in. The gentlemen at the service desk went to hunt them down. He brought them to me, stated the truck was late and it just showed up. Most hotels would just have said, hasn't arrived yet. We had a business meeting and the event manager I worked with "Ale" was excellent. She thought of everything and things I didn't even think off. No request was to much for her. I enjoyed working with Ale. And the hotel is very beautiful, clean and it looks over the ocean.

The only thing... the hot tub out by the pool closes at dusk. I recently had many surgeries on my leg, and at the end of the meeting day, it would have been nice to relax my leg in there, to help with the swelling. That's just my personal issue.

Hello, all! I've been to Ritz from august, 24 to september 1th. I had such a pleasant time! Everybody at the hotel is so polite and gentle! I really enjoyed everything! And there are a few people that outstand: Trina, the nice waitress that's always very helpfull and efficient; Alper and Mohamed from the reception: always so thoughtful, gentle and with a sincere smile; and last but certainly not least: GENO! Oh my God, that guy is really incredible! He is the center of attention at the bar, and is always entertaining everybody and making people laugh! He has so much energy! Not to mention that his magical Mojito is the best is the world! It was really great and I hope to come back soon! A huge hug for all of you! Cheers!
